Help choosing sump and accessories

I need to add a sump to my 36gal bowfront setup. I was thinking of going with a trigger sump but need help choosing and knowing which hob overflow and return pump to buy. No real requirements, but I want a refugium and grow light for chaeto etc. Having problems with GHA and wanting to cure that long term. Thanks.

Lifereef is very good stuff, I will give two recommendation on HOB overflows. first on don't buy a CPR, second make sure your return pump is big enough what i mean is if it is too small you will end up getting air bubble build up in your U tube witch could cause you to loose the siphon
