help cleaning off dry tank

good day everyone someone just gave me a 75 gallon to tank and I have to Clean it out but it has very old Coraline algae and lots of calcium build up on all the equipment. what do you guys suggest I do to get this tank sparkling again please help

Vinegar or citric acid and some elbow grease.

Doing a good soak in citric acid and get some weight behind it will start to help clean that off.
