Had this clown for about a month since I had it I noticed it had white stringy poop so I qt and dosed metroplex and prazipro one after the other the fish didn’t really eat much tried mysis baby brine rods food and he’s super picky I tried pellets as well but he spits majority of it out I most recently noticed he’s breathing fast small shallow breathes with gills extending when he breathes seems to just hang in one spot majority of the time and swims up when I come to the tank looks interested in the food but mostly spits it out parameters are good no ammonia nitrite nitrate is 25 salinity is 1.026 I don’t know where to go from here if someone could guide me in the right direction I would appreciate it

What kind of flow do you have in the tank? Is there any surface agitation to help mix oxygen molecules into the water?
He's very thin ...

That (white stringy poop) would indicate an internal parasite.
The best treatment would be to mix one "Seachem measure" each of Metroplex (Metronidazole) and Focus to about a teaspoon's worth of food, feeding maybe twice a day. (You can also use API's "General Cure", which adds Praziquantel to the Metronidazole, along with Focus. Leftovers can be refrigerated for the next day or two.) It can work with frozen food or moistened pellets, but it only works if the fish is eating. If the fish isn't eating, you can dose Metroplex or General Cure into the water as well. The fish will get _some_ of the medication, because marine fish do drink, but not as much as if they were eating the stuff. If the medication is bound to food with Focus, the treatment is pretty reef-safe, but if you're treating in the water column, that should be done in a separate quarantine tank.
