Help clown fish

Clown fish acting kind of funny never seen him act like this before having a hard time staying upright he keeps kind of going to his side and then back up right breathing kind of heavy don't see any real signs of anything everything else is doing awesome parameters as of last night alkalinity 10.0 magnesium 1400 parts per million calcium 420 dont have any ammonia alerts from my seneye

temperature is perfect 78° I run a UV sterilizer

Alk and mag high but not the cause
Sounds like a bladder/internal issue
Still pics needed. Is it pooping white and stringy ?
What is ammonia-nitrate-salinity ?
Are you using tap water from the faucet ?

Give fish freshwater dip followed by treatment using Prazipro which treats an array of internal issues

Ammonia and nitrates are good I used a 6 stage Rodi unit I don't use tap water I gave her the methylene blue bath. Put in a holding container with a bubbler seems to be doing a lot better..tried to take a video for behavior purposes pic wouldn't do any good as it looks perfectly healthy other than weird concerning behaviors have had for a couple years now and was perfectly fine until i saw it on lunch today so not sure on the turds either havent seen them. My ammonia was 0.14 ppb
