Any lethargic behavior?
Loss of appetite?
Loss of color?

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

There are many possible causes for this. First thing to do is increase the aeration (not just circulation) in the tank air stones are best, but if you don’t have one, try directing pump outflows so that they break the surface tension of the water - you need to see bubbles.
Other issues require more background information, this post explains that:

We got them Friday so unfortunately nothing to note in loss of apatite, but it’s definitely small. No lethargy, explores the tank with its mate and goes all over. Nothing to note with loss of color. Hope this helps!
