HELP clownfish infection

hi, i have got this clownfish for a month and week ago i noticed white spot on his mouth and it is getting worse. it looks like some kind of infection or virus maybe. i have got 10 gallon reef tank, doing 10% water change every week. my water parameters are:
salinity-1.025
ammonia-0
no2-0
no3-between 10-15
what should i do with it?

A video and more background info would help. What other animals are in with it?
Is it still eating?
