Help!! Clownfish internal parasites?

Hey, for the past couple of days both my male and my female Clownfish has been acting strangely. They’ll twitch/vibrate their body as if something was bothering them. And I noticed that the male had a long stringy white poop this morning. Besides from that they both still eat and act normal. PLEASE HELP ME!!

I'll see if I can tomorrow. But they been together for almost a month now with zero aggression.
