Help! Clownfish with possible parasites/bacterial infection!

Hello all! My husband and I are knew to saltwater/reef keeping! We just added 2 clownfish to our 125 gal aquarium about a week ago! When we first inserted them into the DT our larger anemonefish kind of started attacking them. He got this one on his nose pretty good and it looked like a bruise! He hasn’t been very active since, we haven’t seen him eat much, if at all, he stays at the bottom of the tank mostly and has had a few poops that are white and stringy, and a few that are green and stringy! Now today his nose looks like it has big white blisters on it! I seen a few places where it could be a number of things but I do not want to treat until I know for sure what’s going on! I got Prazi-pro in today for parasites, ect, and I have ruby reef rally pro on its way and should be here tomorrow or Wednesday! He does have 1-3 tiny white spots up on the top of his back and it looks like you can see his veins on his body! They looked black and some are now white! He is also breathing hard. His condition has not worsened over the last 4-5 days and yesterday and today he seemed to have a bit more energy. It’s just consistent besides his nose! I will attach pictures! The first 3 were several days ago when it looked bruised and the last 3 are now! Any and all help is appreciated!

First thing I might do is separate the fish from each other, so the little guy doesn't get anymore wounds. You can use something as simple as a plastic strainer and a spring clamp, or a Tupperware dish with some holes poked in it.

Next - do you have a quarantine/hospital tank?

He isn’t messing with him much anymore. Every once in a while he will chase both of them a little. But he will swim with both of them sometimes. He hasn’t injured the other one, only this one, and hasn’t done it since the first day! Our larger anemonefish also goes after us when we put our hands in the tank for whatever reason! We do have a QT but it’s been almost a week and none of our other fish are having any kind of issues at all! Does his nose look like parasites or bacterial infection? I will have prazi pro and ruby reef rally pro to treat if needed! We don’t have a reef/pet store close so I have to order most things online or drive 45 minutes to check in a petco/pet smart but seems they don’t really ever have what is best! Also, in the first 3 pictures his color looks really good, and in the last 3, it looks like his back is turning extremely dark/black.

Looks like the bites have become infected. Ruby Reef Rally is a very mild antiseptic and antibiotic. Best to use as a 60-90 minute bath. Aerate heavily for 30 minutes before and continue to aerate during the bath and keep temp matched.
The poo if it is white and stringy and the fish is eating heavily but its stomach is pinched in, is symptomatic of internal parasites. So keep an eye on the poo.

I imagine the aggression will continue between the dominant clown and the new pair. If the fish is eating well, and it doesn't get attacked again, it will probably heal on its own.

I'd say it's some sort of Bacterial thing going on with the wound on the fish's face. If it gets worse, I would treat the fish with an antibiotic in a separate tank.

His poo has been white and stringy and also green and stringy! He is the only one we have seen poo at all! Doesn’t seem like his belly is pinched in at all, although he does seem a tad bit skinnier than he was! He hasn’t eaten much at all since his nose injury!

okay! Thank you! I have heard of using minced garlic to soak some pellet food to entice them to eat! I haven’t done this yet, what do you think? I will Continue to monitor and when my ruby reef rally pro gets here tomorrow or Wednesday I will follow Bigs instructions on giving him a bath then see how he does! I really need to get him to eat!

Okay. So the white on his nose is gone but now it looks like there are holes where the white use to be! He has an extremely long poo that is kind of clear with spots of white and it seems that he may have a few white “things” coming out of his skin up by his top fins! I also cannot tell if his stomach is sunken in or not! I’m really stressing out! I’m so afraid to treat him or the tank with the wrong thing and cause more issues!! Help!!

okay I will do that first thing in the morning! Will research exactly what to do tonight! If it isn’t flukes, then what? None of my other fish have any issues! Just him!
