Help clownfish

Hi just wondering if anyone can help ive attached a video of my clownfish it looks like the skin is sort of slightly peeling on it it’s been like this for about 2 months or a little more some some people said about Brooklynella but he’s been fine in his actual self since he’s had it the last few months Eating normal and swimming around normal the other one hasn’t seem to have got it any suggestions what it could be thanks

This is a clear case of clown disease known as brooklynella. The mucus seen generally starts at the facial area as well as gills and spreads across the body producing lesions as it progresses often confused with ich and can turn into secondary bacteria. Other symptoms will be lethargic behavior, refusing to eat and heavy breathing from the mucus.
Typical treatment is a formalin solution is mixed with in a separate container with either fresh or saltwater. Start with a quick dip in the formalin at a higher concentration then performing treatment in a prolonged bath of formalin base at a lower concentration in a quarantine tank. The longer the fish are exposed to the formalin treatment the more effective it will be at eliminating this issue.
If a formalin solution is not available for immediate use, temporary relief can be achieved by giving the fish a FW bath or dip in water same temperature as display tank. Even though this treatment will not cure the disease, it can help to remove some of the parasites, as well as reduce the amount of mucus in the gills to assist with respiration problems.
Treatment is best done in a QT tank using either quick cure (more effective but now harder to find) or Ruby Rally Pro. Ruby takes a little longer and initial treatment generally takes 2-3 days to really start going to work.

I'm not so sure that this is Brooklynella - the timing doesn't add up, (going on too long) nor does the other clown not being affected.

The fish certainly has cloudy congested skin like Brooklynella, but the erosion of the tail fin is odd, you don't see that with Brook.

Has anything changed with its condition that prompted you to post about it?

I'm not so sure that this is Brooklynella - the timing doesn't add up, (going on too long) nor does the other clown not being affected.

No like I say this has been going on for about 2 months I said to the fish shop that I got them from and they said it could just be something to do with water conditions and to keep my parameters better like ammonia and nitrates but he’s been fine as In eating and swimming around and this has been going on like I say for 2 months now maybe 10 weeks it doesn’t seem to have got worse but obviously I want to get some other opinions and correct it and like you say the other one haven’t contracted it either she looks fine

I guess my thought is that the other clown is causing this one some issues. Clownfish are odd when it comes to keeping them together - dynamics change and this one may be getting picked on.
