I have 2 clowns that I have had for over 2 years. Today one of the clowns has been hanging by the surface of the water and the other clown keeps nipping him. What must I do? I have tried to capture the clown at the surface but as soon as he feels the net he goes to the bottom of the tank. Then later he returns to the surface.
