When in doubt increase the flow in the tank is my solution.

granted also a firm believer in carbon dosing.

I don’t use GAC or socks, found to have more issues with them then without them.

My nitrates and phosphate are very low and I use A RODI for my water. Would you recommend lights out for a couple days.

Are they low or are you getting false readings?
What test kits are you using?
Are you using RODI water or tap water from the faucet?

Is it possible that am getting false readings on my test and my actually nitrates and phosphates are already high? Cause I have algae growing on my rocks and having to clean my glass everyday.

I believe you are. The way to find out isa to take a water sample to a trusted LFS that does NOT use API test kits and have them test and see what results they come up with

What I see in your pics in your first post looks like Cyanobacteria.

I found my best results in your situation is to raise NO3 and PO4 to 2-5ppm and 0.03-0.1
But this, in my situation, was with large amounts of corals to process nutrients.

With your small amount of corals I can't say what will happen but hope it will correct your issue.

This is likely Cyano.
Cyano is often fueled by elevated Nitrate and Phosphate. Why would you raise it even more?

Also, don’t be afraid to add to your CUC. A fighting conch, or two? A few Nassarius snails? Stuff like that.

If that's sunlight filtering into the tank, that will also cause it.
