Have you contacted Neptune? If not, why?
I have a pair of Cor 15's and they are running great. One is on a skimmer other for my return. Return pump is one of the first batches that was released last year second is around April of last year. Return pump has been working great. Skimmer pump after connecting it via the cable I couldn't see it in fusion. I tried a couple times but no luck. Support ticket, called back in about an hour, and found the issue. It was related to a firmware that needed to be upgraded on one of my modules and then it was fine. The Apex was only brought online a few months earlier.
In any case the only time I've had a issue it was after a cleaning and I didn't get the o-ring on properly. Put it back together, powered it on, and got the ! / overcurrent warning. It isn't really clear what that means but figured it was something I did when putting it back. Sure enough that dang o-ring slipped I guess and wasn't seated properly. Once put back together running fine.
Solid pumps for the price. I was using a Jebao DCT 15000 at first and wanted to continue after it was used for the leak test because it moved a lot of water. However, the body is paper thin and the neck on the outlet started to separate from the body so it was a no go.
