So I set up a 50 cube fishless coral qt.I set it up one week ago, 50 cube tank, no skimmer, has sump with just return and heater.

been running 1 week, about 12 pounds of dry rock for bio filter, I added biospira .

I picked up some cheap acros Friday night as a test. By Saturday morning, 1 looks ok, the other 2 have turned a gray, cream color. These two still have polyps out, try did not turn pitch white I would see over the years or rtn etc. But a light gray color.

I know the tank is still new, what can I do other than time to run tank, to try and steer this in right direction?

is turning gray overnight lack of nutrients? Too much light?

again I know it’s too new, just trying to see what might be happening for them to lose color that fast

It's still not cycled your parameters are probably way off stressing the corals to the point of killing them.

Do you have a stablish system you can put them in to try to save them. If you do I'll probably be easier to dip them and put then in there instead of stressing them in the thank that still cycling.

I would add sone bacteria to kick start the cycle and get a test kit to determine when it's gonna be ready for corals.
