I have a CoralBox WF-04 Doser. The pump head that is dosing Kalkwasser keeps getting a pinhole in the pump head tubing. I'm on my 3rd pump head in 2 months. Any ideas of why this keeps happening?

Sorry, no idea why you keep getting leaks.

Just wanted to say that's a beautiful looking system. Very neat and tidy! Congratulations.

Thanks Ron,
Hoping to figure this out before damaging the stand. Anyway I have some DOS units to install then I will move the Kalk to one of those pumps. These are getting installed in the room behind the tank, so big project ahead.;)

Yes, I have done this. I have used 2 different pump heads as well. Last time I took the tube from my spare jebao pump head and put it into the coralbox pump head. This is the one it's currently running on. The tubing is the same size, 3/16" OD x 1/16" wall.

Is it possible that in the calcareous water there are some pieces of undissolved calcium carbonate that going to the pump will damage it?
congratulations for the layout of the system, which was really done very well
