Hmm. I dont know much about cucumbers. Let's see if I can call in some reinforcements for you!

I'm certainly no expert.....I currently have a red and black, and had a tiger's tail I gave to my son. My guess is that he's starving. The size of the sand looks too large for him to eat. But again, that's a guess. They do have the ability to poison a tank, so keep a keen eye on him.

Agreed, looks like a malnourished specimen. If this is a newer systems I would double check water chemistry also.

Some cukes have the ability to eviscerate, but most of the times I've seen it, it has been on one end or the other. Maybe do a search for that and see what images pop up.

Whatever the cause, I'd consider getting that guy into a hospital tank. A small tank will do....use tank water to minimize shock...and try feeding.

Sounds like a good idea. How is the a animal behaving? Is it moving about or does it seem inactive?

He was only in the tank for two days. I put him in a hospital tank and he died last night. First day he was great. I acclimated for almost an hour with drip. By day two he looked like that in the evening. The weird part was the bubble on his back that popped and then opened to a large hole.

Plus I found out the place I purchased just got them a day earlier. I think two many moves to soon

Tiger Tails are pretty dang hardy. I have seen them kept in less than favorable conditions with little effect. The specimen you purchased was probably already on it's way out.
This type of cucumber goes into the sand bed and disappears often. You can tell where they are located by the piles of cleaned/digested sand.
The appearance can be deceiving, thin or thick but not that thin or obvious decaying tissue.
