Looks like cyano to me I get little bits here and there it can go away and come back. Seems like water changes help me out. If it gets worse there's plenty of people on here that can help ya.

I had this before. I think it was related to high lighting. It's been awhile but I turned the lights down and it started going away. I know you got new lights recently? Did you ever get a lux meter?

My yellow tang literally pulled it off the rocks and i was able to get it filtered out

Lighting may not be the cause here but, @NanaReefer makes a good suggestion. I keep my mars aqua at 20% white/ 55% blue. My WIFI version of the mars aqua is 15% white/ 50% Blue. How many hours do your lights run?
