My ammonia is at 2.0 and everything else is at 0.....what do I do now??

If you added bacteria to your tank nothing to do but wait until you see no ammonia. Could be couple days or a couple weeks.

Mind sharing a little info on your set up to make sure you are headed in the right direction?

Yes, we’ll I used Dr Tim’s one and only Friday and after 30 minutes of putting it in I also put ammonia chloride that came with the product, I’m running my penguin 350 right now and a power head I have my skimmer off

HOB filter... reminds me of my first tank back in the 80's (killed everything I put in that tank). Don't be in a hurry, slow and steady wins the race.

Just part of the cycle, those numbers will go down as the bacteria in your tank grows to process it.

Aw man is that a bad sign for my tank ?

Hey I noticed you are just starting out. As you continue you're going to notice that those test kits should get you through the beginning but I would switch to something more reliable as soon as you can :) here are some test kits that are more accurate in case you want to invest now or down the road. happy reefing! :)
