Help Dark area on my Quoyi

I'm not sure if he scratched himself or if he was beaten by a tang or if this is a disease. This is something new just popped up in the last 24 hours. He was in QT for ich for 45 days then moved into a fresh tank with other fish. All of the fish were in QT. I've had him for 9 months.

Was it’s mouth open in death? If so, this could have been Uronema, a non-treatable internal protozoan disease.
