help dealing with ghost flatworms?

in a 15 gallon: How much damage could they cause? are they poisonous/toxic? will they kill all the pods? should I use FW exit?

You should try to manually remove as many flat worms as you can with a airline tube. No matter the species of flatworms all are capable of plague proportions (in my experience) and then treat with flatworm exit. But it may kill off you copopods and small inverts.

I hate flatworms cause they are like the reef tank equivalence to STDs

I had some that came in on some supposedly "clean" macroalgae when I first started stocking my tank. I was upset b/c I'd also just added copepods. They probably made some dent in the pod population but TBH I didn't really notice any ill effects. Then they just kind of petered out. I still see some on the glass now and then, but they're few and far between. I never did anything about them.

EDIT: I am assuming we are talking about the little white ones on the glass labeled "ghost" on nearly every hitchhiker guide you can find online.
