I picked this Six Line Wrasse up the other day at my LFS and got home and got it into the tank and noticed these small white lumps on top of his head, looks like it’s underneath his skin. What could this be? And if it is something that needs to be treated how do I go about it?

I would recommend a 5 minute FW dip. Update thread with findings. Looks like possible flukes. This will help confirm it that's the case.

My wrasse passed moments after doing this. Thank you for trying to help me out though, I appreciate it.

Sorry for the loss. Sixline are very nasty fish I’d advise against another, personally.

I will remember that. Thank you. Any fish you would recommend for a 30g? I have 2 little clowns right now.
I think it’s bettwr suited for a possum wrasse :)
