Help diagnosing spot on clown fish

Does anybody know what that is I’ve had the clowns for 6 months and have only noticed it today . Could it have hurt it self ? It slightly sticks out like a lump . God I hope it’s not a parasite

Well, it isn't any of the five main fish parasites (Uronema, flukes, ich. Brook or velvet).

It could be an injury, or it could be a bacterial infection. Do you have a treatment tank? If so, you might want to get it ready. If not, then the only option would be to watch it. The things to look for include: rapid breathing, folded fins, lack of appetite and growing size of the lesion.

I added a yellow tang not a week ago that I bought in a rush because of the ban it has a tiny white dot on its fin , I don’t think it’s ick as it’s been on it for a week , btw all of them look healthy and same appetite
