Hello! A couple months ago I bought a scopas tang and she has been perfect and fiesty. Within recent days I have noticed her coloration change. I am unsure if it is velvet or ich? Or something else entirely. This is my first time having an ill fish and I would love any feedback regarding what it might be and recommended treatment. I also tested the water, parameters are perfect.
I have attached photos of the scopas for reference. Thank you!

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

That seems to ba a protozoan infection, although to say which one would take additional information. Take a look at the hints given in this link and try to supply us with additional information about your tank (especially a short video).

I will say, at this point, it appears you will need to treat all of your fish for a protozoan infection. This cannot be effectively done in a tank with invertebrates present, so you will likely need a treatment tank....sorry!
