Hey guys, I just set up my 150 gallon mixed reef tank. I set up my filtration and I had a question regarding my turnover rate. I bought a brand new Reef Octopus rps 3000, although the skimmer was new it is actually an older model I am assuming was never sold. The skimmer requires an additional feed pump to bring water into the skimmer. I was told I could feed it via my main pump via a Tee. My pump is the Reef Octopus Diablo 10500 DC pump, with a max GPH of 2275, my run from the tank to the sump room is very short like 4 feet(the tank is on one side of the wall and the sump room is in the room opposite the other side of the wall). So I tee'd off from my return into feeds for my skimmer and to my reactors. The pic below is of the setup before I set it up which I have done. The feed for the skimmer is on the left side and the reactor feed is on the right, both the ball valves for these are black so you can Identify them. My question is will I have enough of a turnover rate for my main tank? Will the fact that I Tee'd off to my skimmer and reactors from my return result in not having enough of a turnover rate in my tank? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2-4x your display volume is all you need, so more than likely you'll be fine. Measure the flow into your sump if you want to be sure.
