I hope so did you see the second picture?Could it be splitting
IMO it looks like damageCould it be splitting
Sounds good, the good thing is there is no damage to the foot but I’m thinking power head it’s a nano reef with nano fish and it’s been walking in the glas the last week the power head I have is very small so the slots it can get in are very thinThat doesn't look like splitting. Looks more like an accident -- either something tried to eat it or it walked into a powerhead (though when that happens they usually get tangled in the powerhead).
Either way, it may recover as BTAs are resilient. Just keep an eye on it. If it starts to fall apart, definitely remove it.
Just saw it & it looks like it's dissolving partially in that one. Hope not but I'd try to get it off the glass.I hope so did you see the second picture?
Sounds good I’ll go today and it reacted to the lights turning on it’s closing up a little now and anchored on the glass so it still has its reflexesIsolate it in a separate container. I went to the dollar store and got little mini plastic containers. They look like tiny laundry baskets. I used suction cups to hold it to the glass and put the top part out of the water so the nem. would not walk out of the basket. I then checked on it constantly. Unfortunately it died but I got it out immediately and it didn't cause any spikes to my water perimeters. It's better to be prepared for worse case scenario then to have the little thing die under a rock.

Acclimation Box - Anemone / Mushroom - Small Magnetic
3.5 x 3.5 x 3 with heavy duty Neodymium Magnets. Why risk that expensive mushroom or Anemone. Our acclimation boxes give it a chance to attach to rubble rock or substrate so it can be further mounted or used for propagation.www.mrreefs.com
You gain absolutely nothing from placing it in an isolation container with holes or slits. You actually risk injuring it more by trying to move it. If you do remove it, it should be put in a separate QT tank.Sounds good I’ll go today and it reacted to the lights turning on it’s closing up a little now and anchored on the glass so it still has its reflexes
