HELP !! DOES THIS CLOWNFISH LOOK SICK?

I got this clown today not sure what type I know it's not a regular ocelarus. When I picked him out it kind of looks like he has "foggy" skin or "powdery". Not sure how to describe it he's in my QT tank now please let me know what you guys this. Maybe these clowns are supposed to look this way? I fed him and he went after food right away.

Viewing the video on my phone screen, it does in fact look like the skin is sloughing off. Brook could be a strong possibility.
