Help dosing nitrates

I recently realized that my tank is lacking in Nitrates and my SPS acros aren't responding well to the low amount in my tank.

Since I use to dose for my planted tank, i had some KN03 Potassium nitrate around. My tank is currently at 1 PPM nitrate according to the Salifert test kit.

Can someone let me know how many milligrams of Kn03 I should mix into my tank, to raise the nitrates to 4-5ppm?
