Help dosing SeaChem Flourish

Seachem is not clear in that calculator whether it is phosphorous or phosphate that it is calculating, but you will also likely need to dose much more than it says to stabillize at a target level. You may well need daily dosing.

I'd elect 0.03 ppm on that calculator for a start and add it each day for a few days and see what results you get in the tank.
So you mean to say that I should set my desired level to reach at 0.03ppm than 0.1ppm and dose in accordance and what would be the beginner dose looking like, cause I just re checked my test kits after 3 weeks and currently my phosphates is sitting at around 0.01-0.03 ppm so I want to raise it to 0.1ppm so what numbers exactly should I’d be putting in the seachem calculator and how much more or less should I be dosing on the given values .

And lastly I’d also like to ask that can I dose tri sodium phosphate, if yes that what should the mixing and dosing proportion looks like ,I’m planning to buy this product from Amazon ,does it look okay for the job ?

Food grade sodium phosphate is inexpensive and appropriate to dose. You can use this calculator for dosing:

use the entry for potassium phosphate.

Phosphate dosing is not like calcium dosing. A lot of what you dose initially will get bound to rock and sand and will show zero in 24 h, so trial and error with repeated dosing is needed, and exact values are not very important anyway.

So my recommendation is for most folks to dose 0.02 or 0.03 ppm each day for a while and see what happens.

Great thanks for info, lastly the product which I intend to by in Amazon isn’t food grade or it’s not mentioned in perticular rather it’s listed as a stain remover and cleansing agent but also can be used as food additive as mentioned in the picture above so should I go with it ?

I am not sure what specification rules apply in India, but I'd pick one of these since they state 99% pure:

I guess I’ll go with this one ,and I’m currently making the purchase ,the only thing remaining is how to prepare the dosing solution and how much to start with ? Any cues !

Use this calculator to make and use a dosing solution. use the entry for phosphate from potassium phosphate, even though it is sodium phosphate. It's close enough:

Hi ,so I’ve got hold of all the following equipment’s and mixing a solution of 1000ml RODI water with 8gms of Tri Sodium Phosphate to achieve 0.05 ppm per 1ml of dosing in my 25.25 gal tank according to your calculator
,so how often do I have to dose to keep the levels up to the given value or do I even have to,is it a single dose sling shot or does it has to be a daily basis or a weekly ?

trial and error is the only way to know what dose is best for the tank.

I'd dose 0.02 ppm phosphate per day for several days and see what is happening. it may take a while to come on scale.

Does tri sodium phosphate turn pick when mixed with RODI water ?

Trisodium phosphate itself is colorless, but impurities can be colored. In general, color is not a great way to judge purity since some impurities are highly colored (so even a little impurity shows up) and some not at all (meaning no color regardless of how impure).
