I have a 32gal bio cube tank , I us RODI water,I do weekly water changes, the parameters are where they should be. I do have an algae problem. I have 2 clownfish which are doing fine.(4 months)
I had two fish die (royal gramma, watchman gobi) after 14 days. I got another two fish from live aquaria. yesterday, there both dead. any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

How old is your tank and what are your parameters?

If everything is in line and your tank is established, I fear something was introduced with the new fish such as a disease.

Do you quarentine your new fish?

@pippol01 sorry to see this. Same Q as @MERKEY were you able to quarantine? If not don’t beat yourself up over that now. But any way you can get your healthy fish into another tank? What else Is in the tank?

My tank is over 4 months old Ammonia ,Nitrates are 0 Nitrites are 1

You should have ZERO nitrites and ZERO ammonia. 4 months is not an old tank, so there may be some instability in your parameters.

Tell us, at what temperature do your keep your tank and what is the salinity? Which test kits are you using?

No I didn't quarantine them . I don't know how I would set up quarantine tank. I only plan to get 6 or seven fish, and some soft maybe some LP

6 or 7 (large/medium)fish for a 32 gallon is too much bioload. For future notice.

Edit: Oops... Thanks for reminding me. It depends on fish size/species. You can have many small, peaceful fish. It really depends.

If you are getting a nitrite reading of 1, I question the accuracy of your test. I'd recommend re-testing full parameters today and share those along with a full tank shot.

Yes . I drip acclimated them for 30 minutes and then left them in the tank in the dark for 4 hours.

the nitrites are 0.1 ammonia and nitrates 0
