Help?!!!! Eggs or disease???????

not sure what is going on with my Condy! I have a pair of clowns that have been hosting in it for 8 months and now have this weird stuff on the side of my anemone. Is this a disease or issue with the Condy or clownfish eggs? Please help!!!

This is what eggs look like:

For starters the bottom of the foot is showing so it is not attached which is bad. Secondly it looks like something ripped a hole in the side of it and started tearing out the insides. Really can't tell what we're looking at here though.

Should I move the anemone to my quarantine tank? If so should I move the clowns with it? Could it be splitting? Or dying?

That looks like a wound on the condy's column with the insides coming out.

Def move the nem, see if it has a wound, fish won't help it at this point. Recommend checking the sticky about Cipro if it is indeed a column wound.
