HELP!!!! EMERGENCY! NEED HELP DEALING WITH ICH ASAP!

I'm supposed to leave for a camping trip for all day tomorrow and Sunday and I just found what I believe to be Ich on my blue tang (based off of internet pics). What are the processes I should go ahead and go through tonight before I start treating her? I have her in a 75 gallon with four other fish and I have a 20 gallon QT I could use. Please please please help.

Get the QT set up tonight and get it running. Add teh bacteria in a bottle in there to start populating. How bad is the outbreak? Got any pictures? If they can wait until you get back then get them out and into QT the day you get back. That way you can be there to monitor the ammonia in the QT and change water as needed until the tank is done with the cycle.
