Got him a week back from another hobbyist, he said he had him for 2yrs. Way he caught this fish made me worry, it was constant chase with net and fish finally stressed and stayed in corner when he got him.

I did proper accumulation in my 75g QT and turned lights down. Next day he ate formula one pellets and it was all good for 2 days. Suddenly fish stopped eating and staying at one place near bottom corner of fish. After careful observation found some visible flukes on his body, did quick FW dip for 5 mins and dosed QT with prazipro.

Fish still doing same and not eating. Did 50% WC and today noticed near his anal its swollen and can see pellets which he ate 4 days back hanging there. Please advise what kind of treatment i need to do?

I had API pimaflex so did one dosing as per instructions

Rectal Prolapse

Identified by a protruding anus, a rectal prolapse can be caused by constipation, straining or even unknown parasitic infection. These things will usually correct themselves and adding vitamins to the food and dosing kanaplex can help with keep it from getting infected while it’s out. Premium water quality should be a priority during and after this time as well. On larger fish who don’t appear to be getting better, it’s possible to correct the issue yourself and use a purse-string suture to keep the anus inside the body until it’s healed.
Feeding boiled and then peeled green peas can get things "moving" again.

Thank you, if yhatst what it is then i just have to continue pimaflex and monitor him, i guess thats only option
