HELP! Erratic behavior

Hey all, so my tank mates are all acting erratic today. Did my 10% WC yesterday.
salinity 1.025
Temp 78.3
Dkh 9.9
Calcium 476
Nitrates 15ppm
Ph api test read 7.4 it’s more brownish than the normal dark blue purple. I know people feel a certain way about api. Unfortunately that’s all I have to test ph atm. Just added some seachem marine buffer. Now my question will a low ph be the cause of the crazy behavior? (Sorry if it’s a noob question) also my plate coral is puffy. All info and tips is welcomed. PH isn't your problem. The parameters you posted look ok. Describe how the fish are acting.

The main one is my blue tang he’s acting the craziest he’s swimming up n down the glass nervously then will dart in a cove. And repeat. His top fin raises a lot too. Almost like she’s ticked off. Even during feeding she will eat n take off to the cove n then come back out

I would add carbon and make sure you have plenty of oxygenation. Otherwise it sounds like the problem was caused by the water change. Could it have been contaminated somehow?

How bright is your lighting?
Low ph will be acidic but not a cause
Some possibilities are:
Stray voltage
Sudden change in water temperature
Ammonia spike
Salinity issue( may be getting false salinity)

Are you using RODI water or tap water from faucet?
Not sure if ph accuracy, I would not add any buffers
Take a water sample to a trusted LFS and have them test the water for you to verify readings against yours

Honestly I should’ve checked it. But I’m so trustworthy of my lfs guy since I always get his tropic marin and haven’t had an issue

Lighting isn’t bright I’m on the saxby ai setting. I have 3 ai prime. And yes the water I get is made with rodi. Salt is tropic marin.

Lighting is saxby ai setting. My temp is normal. Rodi used. Ammonia badge indicates normal. The only thing really
Low is my ph.

I think he looks hungry. Honestly I don’t know the video doesn’t show anything to abnormal but there are a lot of good suggestions posted otherwise from a few people

Thank you for your input really appreciate it. I did add some rock to my layout yesterday as well. Will a slight change in that cause such behavior? Sorry for the overload guys it’s just when I saw the ph brown in the test tube I panicked don’t want a ph crash. Luckily the buffer got it back to normal according the crap p i test
