hello guys, i have a problem whit my golden torch. It in the space of a few months it has increasingly withdrawn its tentacles .. I think it's going to die. what can it depend on? maybe the proximity to another euphillia? is there a way to save it? no3 1 and po4 0.

Two quick fixes. Euphyllia can get bacterial infections quite easily they need strong back and forth flow where their tentacles are waving left to right constantly. It helps to clean out any disease. I had this same issue. I made an iodine dip and dipped it for 3 minutes. Rinsed off with tank water and put it in higher flow. Saved it from near death.

Also, your hammer looks healthy. It would be falling victim if it were a parameter issue, along with other corals.

so do you advise me to take a bath in iodine mixture?

hanna instruments phosphorus
Well that’s really bad then. You need to get some phosphate in there ASAP. Gold torches are more sensitive than most other euphyllia, it may be acting as a canary in a coal mine for you.

how do you advise me to increase po4? I try to feed the fish a lot ... I have also increased the food for the corals but many cyanobacteria have arrived that do not want to leave my reef
