Help explain my test

I have been testing amm every am then residing more as it's always been back to zero after 24hrs. As per what @brandon429 had linked to me and some of the other threads I should now after having everything in my tank been submerged for 30 days and my amm is returning to 0 after 24hrs be able to drain my tank refill with new clean water and be able to safety add my livestock The nites will all be thrown out with the water and the bac will all remain on the surfaces

So nitrite isn't toxic to marine organisms?

That's correct. Chloride in seawater (at 19,000 ppm) competes for the same site where the toxic nitrite would bind.
