Try to do a 5 minute freshwater dip, flukes will fall of if that’s what it is.

Looks like the poor guy nicked his eye. Treatment is maracyn which is ethromyacin for 5 days in Quarantine setting. Add air stone if you want for added oxygen and keep an eye on ammonia level.

Agreed, with just one eye affected, it is most likely an injury. Flukes almost always involve both eyes.

Questions remain though:

How long have you had this fish?
Has it been treated for anything yet?
Is it breathing normally?
Is it still eating well?

Breathing normal eats like a pig there is a mark now on the other eyehad him for 7 weeks

Can you provide pic of other eye under white lighting ?
Both may suggest flukes or bacterial infection
