Help figuring out a coral

I had a frag of a coral that was had thick round stalky branches. It wasn't a granulosa.

I don't have photos...but Google search doesn't turn anything up...but I'd love to get my hands on another frag of it.

Any ideas what it might be? I understand, that no photo does make it tough.

Oh man, it will be very interesting to see what sort of suggestions you get from that description! Many, many coral has "thick round stalky branches".

Try if you can "paint a better picture" ; maybe start by describing the colour?
