HELP finding bulkhead

I have a schedule 80 bulkhead in my water storage tank. Well it's leaking after just a few months. What brand do you recommend?? The tanks are 60 gallon white round tanks. Pretty thick. I will post picks in a bit

I actually have three of the 1.5" ones, but ended up not using them. Keeping them around as spares though.
