Does anyone know where I can get a 4 foot by 4 foot plastic bin to use as a temporary shallow reef to hold my coral and fish for about a month while I do some work on my display tank? I've seen pics of people using such bins as part of a sump or grow out area. Of course, now I can't find the pics or anyone that has them despite several searches. I think the bins were originally designed for transporting fruit or other delicate items. The size I am looking for doesn't need to be exactly 4 foot by 4 foot. Thanks in advance.

Not quiet the size your looking for, but I often used 55 gallon Cattle Polytroughs from the feed store that ran about a buck a gallon that were about 4.5 feet long by about 2-2.5 feet wide and about a foot deep. They worked awesome!!!

I would checkout plasticmart and look at HDPE tanks in that size. Another option is to build a temp tank with a pond liner. My pond liner temp tank that has been running a few months now is made from 2x4s and plywood with a layer of underlayment felt and a 45mil EDPM pond liner.
