Sorry guys I’m trying to get a video up but it’s not working, however the blue tang has whitening on the stomach both sides

I've used NeoPlex to treat an external injury on a trigger before with great success. Don't exactly know what you're dealing with here.

My goodness- very bad bacterial disease which may have stemmed from internal issue ending at rectal area ( not prolapse) and fish is awefully thin
is fish eating yet ?
What foods have you been feeding it ?

Fish will have to be entered into quarantine and best treatment for best chance of recovery will be both Seachem kanaplex and Seachem Metroplex added to foods at 5gm weight which is a very tiny amount for 5-7 days.
Increase aeration with air stone and monitoe ammonia level while in quarantine
