HELP? FISH MISSING

So I left to visit my dad for a month and before leaving my 2 clownfish were doing great swimming around eating hosting by a rock I left taking care of my tank to somebody who owns a saltwater tank as well and taught me a lot of stuff but a couple of days of me being gone one of my clownfish disappeared then my other clownfish. my corals are fine and my levels are fine but they have been gone for 1 month now and I've looked behind all the rocks and am going to move my coral out and drain my water to look one last time but I want to know if anybody had any ideas on why they disappeared.

hi i would not remove corals and drain tank,if died in tank,the reef has consumed them by now ,only takes a couple of days to break down dead fish,have you looked in overflow.socks,sump,?tearing down tank will cause havoc on your parameters,best wishes

is the tank covered? did they jump out? did you use real live rock or dry rock? if real live rock check for bad hitchhikers, shrimps, crabs, even an octopus.

I used already used live rock so I don't know if I can have hitchhikers but how do i check anyways

flash light at night best to find crabs,other nastys,have you checked every other poss place?how old is tank?

I have found mine swimming in my overflows before. I had to crawl under my tank and shine a light up in them to see them

My tank is about 4-5 months old and yeah I've checked everywhere else i tried moving the rocks a bit to see under but couldn't find anything

is this an all in one tank,checked all places ,would stop moving rocks,they are not just hiding,going to raise ammo,and nitrites,if cannot find chalk up to unsolved mystery,

I would just say get a new pair of clowns at this point. It isn't worth risking your tank...
