Help! Flow advice needed.

This is my 45 gallon build and I’m looking for some help getting the flow to appropriate levels. For the time being it is only stocked with;

2 Picasso Clownfish
1 juvenile Tomini
1 fire fish

I know the flow requirements will be fluid after I begin adding coral, but for the time being what will provide the optimal flow for the well being of the livestock and the overall progress of the tank.

vectra and mp10 schedule below that I’m currently using.
