I just received my first 2 purple frilly's 4 days late , thanks post office anyways , the water was still amazingly clear on one and just a little shedding on the other, because of the shipping I did an emergency rodi bath and got in tank asap with some temp. acclimation in bag, as of yet they are still highly colored and seem ok but not opening to feed . Is it to late for them or is this still shock ? I am new to this but have some knowledge, water is great all parameters are good , 125 gal with 40 gallon refugium and only a few other corals, going slow for now .

Gorgs are challenging when they’re shipped immaculately, I can’t imagine your stress receiving a delayed package.

Short term... Just leave it be for a day.
Then hit it with the stuff it likes, phyto.
Polyps should come out.

Long term, and I hate to say this to you....
It’s probably going to die.
Science isn’t precisely sure on what all it is they feed on to round out their nutritional needs.
So they usually just slowly perish in our closed boxes...

purple frilly gorgonian is photosynthetic one .
Make sure has enough water flow and lighting
