Help - Goby acting very weird

Hi. Our golden headed goby is acting really strangely. He was normal last night. He doesn’t have any visible blemishes. We’ve had him for a year or more. He’s in a 29 gallon nano with two fire fish, a Midas blenny, a yellow wrasse and a six line wrasse. The water was changed last Thursday and our fish guy said he tested the water then and parameters were all good. Nitrates close to zero. He believes this looks neurological.
Is there anything we can do???

Sort of reminds me of a wrasse that hit a glass top. Do you have a glass top? Gobies can be jumpers.
