Only been in the tank a few days but doesn’t look good ...

pH - 8.2
Nitrites 0
Ammonia 0
Alk 10.5
Calc 450
Magnesium 1350
Salinity 1.022

What are you using to test your salinity ?
Your other coral look good

Your tank looks new. Even when my tank was a year old, my euphillia keep dying on me. I didn't try again until now, 3 yrs later. Your salinity is low. Slowly bring it up to 1.025, 1.026.

It doesn’t appear to be sloughing off pieces of flesh, which would be a clear indication of a fast death. To me it looks stressed. I agree with others, 1.025-26 is where your salinity should be, raise it slowly.

Good luck, that’s a beautiful torch!

Thanks everyone! When I added the torch to the tank it was more open and flowing but not like in the LFS. Within a day or so began to look like it’s on the decline. I will do a water change and slowing bring the salinity up now. Hopefully comes back - will be a heartbreaking loss...

Thats awful.. im so sorry. I had two torches delivered to me and of course the more expensive one died, but the other did perfect. I have no idea. Good luck!
