Help Green Water

My tank has been up for over 2 weeks and cycled in that time using bacteria from a store, after it was done I purchased 2 hardy corals, and then the day after the water turned murky and when only whites were on it has a green tint, how can I fix this on a budget?

Did you do your water change once the cycle was complete?

Yes I did about a 25% water change, and now I am trying a 2-3 day blackout and so far it seems to be working.
