He is very pale and bobbing around like he's hurt but he is not just pale. What do you think? All my tests I done to the water is ok

It's early in the morning. He may just be asleep. If you turn the tank lights on for a minute and he doesn't perk up, or his tankmates are acting "off" as well, I would advise an immediate large water change and possibly the addition of an airstone (or put your powerhead up at the surface to agitate the top of the water.)

He also looks VERY skinny to me. What and how much do you feed him?

He has been doing that for a few hours now and nemos dad isn't eating but the crab and snails are fine. And I feed them brine.

OK. Do a large water change - I want to say 40-50% - and get back to me. Can you get a photo of the other clown?
I will have the rest written out for you when you get back from the water change.

Oh....I think it's too late for that clown ;_; Do the water change for your other clown, though. Right now!

K I'm doing it right now I keep a reserve tank of salt water in my basement. I will get back to you in 15mins

I'm going to start with nutrition. Unfortunately, adult brine shrimp does not have much in the way of nutrition and can't sustain a fish long-term. Freshly hatched baby brine is better, but is only so for the first day or so, after which it loses that. Mysis shrimp is a much better staple, and nearly all my fish including my clowns love the New Life Spectrum Small Fish pellet food, which is packed with good stuff. Another thing you might try for a while if they're having trouble accepting that stuff (mine couldn't eat the mysis or pellets until they grew a bit) is Nutramar Ova frozen prawn eggs, or frozen cyclop-eeze.

I notice that his gills are looking inflamed. Ich in the gills or gill flukes are suspect.

The other fish does not appear inflamed but does look really thin. They may both have internal parasites. I'd put the surviving clown in QT and treat him with PraziPro. That should remove any flukes and/or internal parasites. Change the diet without delay. If he doesn't start acting more normal or at least eating within a few days, I would repost with a current photo.

Best of luck. Stay tuned in case anyone else replies; they may know better than I what disease your clowns are suffering from.

Umm....you said your params are "fine," but I have a hard time accepting that. Can you get the precise numbers? What kind of aeration do you have?

Will the fish store did my test and said it was ok and when I did my ph was7.9, ammonia 0ppm, nitrite 0ppm nitrate between 20 and 40ppm

OK, that's fine. How's the temperature?
It doesn't look like brook at all. If it's ich, it's only in the gills...
