Pictures are attached what is the hole ? Will it go away on its own or will I need to do something ?

He is very active he eats well he is a happy fish and I love him . He eats from my hand and will hang out with my baby vlamingi tang the whole day

Nope nothing protruding it just łooks like an area of dry skin with a small indent in the middle

I agree. Try the vitamins for now and keep a close eye on it. If it gets worse, then post an updated picture so we can assess what might be done next.

Just an update the home Is 90 percent gone now . Very strange but I’m happy
