Help, how do i clean 90 gallon and sump

I'm new to saltwater and am receiving an established tank. It was a reef with corals but more recently fowlr. I removed most of the sand, not sure how to get all of it out. I have to start fresh because there was aptasia. I boiled and cleaned the rock, I have the fish in a 29 with some of the rock. But the tank, sump, and wave makers are dirty. What do I use to clean them?

White vinegar and water.Let them soak overnight and rinse off.

I used 5 gallons of white vinegar, filled the tank and sump, started up all the pumps and skimmer (minus cup) and let it run for 3 days. Coraline algae and everything else just wiped right off Syphoned everything out, filled with tap water once more and let run to rinse everything. Drained it all and wiped it down with a towel...brand new looking tank

Too late now but NEVER boil the rock. Potentially extremely hazardous fumes can be released with the steam. A nice vinegar or bleach bath is better. Here's a good review of various methods:
