Help how to move the tank on different location

I am planing to get new house, not to far from my apartment it will be on the same city Chicago.
I am not to long on this Hobby so I don't have that much experience.
short about my set up:
my tank dimension is 48"x24"31"tall 155 gal
30 gall sump, Zeovit system
Light: 8x54w ATI dimmable plus 2 x Kessils A360W e
20-25 sps frags 5- sps colony and 20 zoa frag/ colonies 14 fishes
So I need some suggestion and IDEA how I would be able to move the tank I don't want to lose the livestock specially the sps corals.

last move I did I set up a vat at the new house with power heads heat what have you then moved the live stock first then tank. Make sure you have all the water you well need just some smart pre planning and you well be OK

Don't forget extra frag plugs and gel superglue as well. 10-15g of extra pre-made SW too. A pick up truck will make it easier. Good luck
