In my fairly new (2 weeks) 10 gallon soon-to-be reef tank I have found Aiptasia and several other types of small anemones inside of the live rock as well as some sort of long thread-like creatures that come out of a hole in the rock. How can I remove/kill them without poisoning fish or corals. Will certain shrimp or nudis help??

Burgia nudabroncs have worked best for me on aptaisia not sure that spelled right sorry if not burgia nudibranchs are aptaisia kilkers seek and destroy without any bad side effects

If you have to remove an anemone especially bu b b l e tip i put them hanging over a bucket up side down with water so there tips barely touching the water and let them drop in the bucket

The threads are a spaghetti worm. They’re a good hitchhiker that process detritus in your tank. You don’t want to get rid of it. For aiptasia, toss a peppermint shrimp in there. If you search aiptasia on the forums, you’ll also get lots of other options (nudibranchs, kalkwasser slurry, lemon juice, etc.).

Don't use lemon juice injected into the stock your more likely to tick it off and spread i t DONT DO IT UNLESS U HAVE TONS OF PRACTICE
